Using SetWise

SetWise is a workout planning, tracking, and recovery-context app for personal use. Use the app lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with the app, its website, media delivery, or other users' access to them.

You are responsible for the workout information you enter and for decisions you make about your training.

Training, health, and safety

SetWise is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Recovery estimates are heuristic training signals based on the information you log.

Use your judgment and seek advice from a qualified healthcare or fitness professional when you have pain, injury concerns, medical conditions, or questions about training safely.

SetWise Pro

SetWise Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase for lifetime access to the Pro features made available at the time of purchase. It is not a recurring subscription.

Raw workout History and completed-workout details remain available in the free app. Pro currently includes unlimited saved plans, all-time calendar browsing, deeper progress ranges, advanced muscle and exercise insights, reports, yearly recaps and recap sharing, and widgets. Purchases, refunds, billing, and restoration are handled by Apple under the App Store terms and policies. Use Restore Purchases in the app after reinstalling or moving to another eligible device with the same Apple Account.

Features can evolve as the app improves. A purchase does not promise every future feature or compatibility with every device or iOS version.

Your information

SetWise stores workout and recovery information locally on your device. You can export or delete local data from Settings.

Intellectual property

SetWise, its logo, interface, written content, and exercise media are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use them only as part of normal use of SetWise.

Do not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or use SetWise materials to build a competing service unless applicable law allows it.

Availability and changes

SetWise is provided as available. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary, including to maintain security, compatibility, or App Store compliance.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the app, widgets, exercise media, website, notifications, or a specific recovery result.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, SetWise is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for training decisions, injuries, lost data, interrupted availability, or indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app or website.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the app or its legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when a material change is made. Continuing to use SetWise after an update means you accept the updated terms.
